Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
• Experience in translating functional specification into technical specification from which programmers can construct the solution. (7 years)
• Experience designing, developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining applications and business intelligence with similar size and complexity. (7 years)
• Experience developing and implementing customized Microsoft .NET (Visual Studios 2019 or higher) applications using SQL Server database (RDBMS). (7 years)
• Experience with development and release management using multiple code branches in Azure DevOps and/or Team Foundation Server (TFS). (7 years)
• Experience programming in C#, .Net, ASP.NET, Microsoft Frame Work 4, HTML, JavaScript, AngularJS, MS SQL Server, MVC, WCF, WEBAPI, Entity Framework, nHibernate and latest Microsoft Technologies. (7 years)
• Experience programming in C#, .NET Core (6.0+), ASP Identity Core, Azure AD/B2C, BootStrap5, ReactJS, EF Core (6.0+), MVC 5, REST API, WEBAPI. (5 years)
• Experience in the use of Google map API’s and other geocoding applications. (7 years)
• Experience in workflow and routing. (7 years)
• Experience in SSRS Reports, SSIS and GrapeCity Active Reports. (7 years)
• Experience in developing WCF application server and implementing Web API’s. (7 years)
• Experience in angularJS, jquery, json, Bootstrap and MVC. (7 years)
• Experience programming imaging toolkit like gdPicture (7 years)
• Experience with version control, branching, release management and code management using TFS/Git. (7 years)
• Experience with managing source code using GitHub, including branching strategies (GitFlow), pull requests, and code reviews to ensure codebase integrity. (7 years)
• Experience with building and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines (using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) to streamline testing and deployment. (7 years)
• Experience generating reports using SSRS/Active Reports. (7 years)
• Experience with a Form Builder Application (7 years)
• Experience implementing systems using role-based security. (7 years)
• Experience implementing 3-Tier Architecture solutions. (7 years)
• Experience working with various stakeholders and team members to understand requirements, understand data needs and resolve issues. (7 years)
• Experience creating technical documentation (7 years)
• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Computer Programming, or another related Information Technology field is required. Equivalent work experience may be used as an alternative for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis.

• Experience with Food, Nutrition and Wellness (FNW) business processes.
• Experience with the Florida Direct Certification (FDC) Application.
• Experience with the Florida Automated Nutrition System (FANS) Application.
• Experience with the Admin Review (AR) Application.
• Experience with the Partner Bridge API Application
• Experience with Azure/AWS Cloud Services

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Analyze, design, develop, test, debug, and maintain .NET-based software applications (including .NET Framework and .NET Core 6.0+) to support FDACS/FNW business processes and legislative requirements
• Translate functional specifications into detailed technical designs and implement scalable solutions using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, and modern front-end frameworks (ReactJS, AngularJS, Bootstrap)
• Build and manage automated CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions, applying GitFlow branching, pull requests, and code reviews to ensure release quality and integrity
• Develop and integrate secure, role-based, 3-tier architecture applications with SQL Server databases, SSRS/Active Reports, SSIS, WCF services, and RESTful APIs
• Implement and support specialized FNW systems including Florida Direct Certification (FDC), Florida Automated Nutrition System (FANS), Admin Review (AR), and Partner Bridge API applications
• Utilize geocoding tools (e.g., Google Maps API) and imaging toolkits (e.g., gdpicture) to enhance application functionality for nutrition and eligibility workflows
• Collaborate with stakeholders through JAD sessions and technical reviews, produce comprehensive documentation, and ensure all deliverables align with FDACS standards, security protocols (CJIS), and cloud practices (Azure/AWS)
