14550 – IT Project Manager (onsite) – Miami, FL

Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: Onsite 5 days for the 1st month; Hybrid 3 days onsite thereafter

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Miami, FL (required);
• IT Project Management experience (5+ years)
• Experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment. (3+ years)
• Experience with Azure DevOps for sprint management and tracking.
• Experience managing projects involving .NET Core and MVC architectures.
• Experience managing complex integrations with third-party SaaS or legacy databases (Oracle).
• Experience with deployment pipelines
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred:
• Experience moving a team from manual to automated deployment processes
• Experience in assisting in functional gap analysis and requirement gathering.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMP-ACP.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Lead all Scrum meetings, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives for the ePlan development team.
• Hands-on proficiency with Azure DevOps (backlogs, sprints, user stories, tasks, reporting) and comfort working with project tracking/document systems such as SharePoint (or equivalent).
• Manage the full SDLC of .NET Core and MVC applications, ensuring sprints are completed on time and blockers are removed.
• Act as the primary point of contact for technical integrations with third-party vendors (e.g., ProjectDox) and internal enterprise projects (e.g., Oracle Cloud Fusion).
• Coordinate the testing lifecycle and manage current manual deployment processes. Collaborate with QA resources to ensure software stability before production releases.
• Provide transparent metrics on team velocity, sprint progress, and project health to IT leadership.
• Manage the BRD intake, facilitate BRD review/design sessions, and drive questions/clarifications to closure with stakeholders and the delivery team.
