14540 – Senior Java Full Stack Engineer (Hybrid) - Austin, TX

Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: Hybrid (2 days per week onsite)

Required:

• Availability to work 2 days per week at the Client's site in Austin, TX;
• Experience with Object Oriented Programming (OOP) in Java (8+ years);
• Experience with Applications development on J2EE platform (8+ years);
• Experience with Writing SQL for relational databases (8+ years);
• Experience with RESTful web services on Spring platform (8+ years);
• Experience with Spring Aspect Oriented Programming (AOP) including transaction management and security (8+ years);
• Experience with JUnit and Unit Test development (8+ years).

Preferred:

• Experience with Angular UI Framework (4+ years);
• Experience with Crystal Reports (4+ years);
• Experience with PowerBI (4+ years).

Responsibilities:

• Make updates to the SCOR Java application including changes to business logic, updates to the user interface, and extending reporting capabilities and the system data model;
• Support application enhancements and defect corrections in maintenance mode;
• Support applications in multiple environments with coding, testing, peer reviews,
• documentation, defect root cause analysis, and troubleshooting as required;
• Maintain code coverage, testing, and security policies and procedures;
• Available for on-call support as needed;
• Other duties as assigned and required by the unit operations.
