Change Management Lead (Storm Operations) (onsite)

Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client. Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.

Required:
• Availability to work full-time at the Juno Beach, FL site (required);
• Change management experience on large-scale operational or technology transformation programs (10+ years);
• Prosci certification;
• Experience developing and executing end-to-end change strategies using the ADKAR framework—including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, communication plans, training, and resistance management;
• Experience driving adoption of complex operational changes across field operations, emergency response, or utility storm mission programs;
• Experience supporting technology deployments such as Salesforce (e.g., StormForce/Plexus) and AI-enabled workflows;
• Experience partnering with Emergency Preparedness, IT (PDIT), and field leadership to align change activities with operational readiness;
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and executive communication skills;
• Experience building training materials, playbooks, and support documentation for high-stakes operational environments;
• Experience leading change in Agile delivery settings.
Preferred:
• PMP or Agile-related certifications;
• Background in utility, energy, or emergency management sectors;
• Experience coaching leaders and teams through AI or agentic technology transitions.



Responsibilities:
• Own the change management strategy for critical storm mission initiatives, including StormForce enhancements and AI rollout programs.
• Design and implement structured change plans that ensure user adoption, minimize disruption, and accelerate time-to-value.
• Partner cross-functionally to embed change activities into project timelines and operational milestones.
• Translate complex technical changes—especially in AI and automation—into clear, actionable adoption roadmaps.
• Develop and maintain storm-season readiness assets, including training content, job aids, and support protocols.
• Coach field leaders and frontline teams through transitions, building internal resilience and change capability.
• Measure and report on adoption metrics, resistance trends, and change effectiveness to executive stakeholders.
