14531 - Databricks Implementation Specialist (Onsite) – Juno Beach, FL Start Date: ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.

Preferred:
• Experience with collaborating directly with data stewards or data owners to translate data requirements and quality expectations into governed datasets;
Responsibilities:
• Develop, document, and operationalize data quality rules for critical data elements (CDEs) and monitor remediation progress;
• Perform data profiling, anomaly detection, and root-cause analysis for data quality issues;
• Support or lead the rollout of Databricks Unity Catalog across domains, including catalog structure, access controls, sensitivity tagging, and metadata standards;
• Ensure lineage, ownership, and quality rules are embedded into Databricks pipelines from ingestion through Bronze/Silver/Gold layers;
• Collaborate with business data stewards, domain data owners, and engineering teams to align on definitions, semantics, and data product requirements;
• Maintain enterprise metadata standards, glossary alignment, and lineage accuracy across all domains;
• Investigate and resolve data issues raised by business users or downstream consumers, including impact analysis for schema or rule changes;
