14524 – PeopleSoft Financials ERP Developer (remote) – Austin, TX

Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: The working position is Telework

Required:
• Development experience with PeopleTools (8 years)
• Experience working with PeopleTools 8.59 or higher (8 years)
• Experience with an advanced Oracle database (8 years)
• Experience in reading and interpreting .NET code (C#, VB.NET) and SQL Server stored procedures. (8 years)
• Experience with complex data migrations from legacy systems to PeopleSoft (8 years)
Preferred:
• Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government) (4 years)
• Experience working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials (2 years)
• Experience with Jira (2 years)
• Experience working with the Scrum framework (1 year)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Develop and maintain PeopleSoft applications using PeopleTools with 8+ years of hands-on experience
• Configure, customize, and support PeopleTools 8.59 or higher environments in alignment with business requirements
• Design and optimize solutions leveraging advanced Oracle database features and performance tuning techniques
• Analyze and interpret .NET code (C#, VB.NET) and SQL Server stored procedures to support integration and data interoperability
• Lead complex legacy-to-PeopleSoft data migration initiatives, ensuring data integrity, transformation accuracy, and system readiness
• Apply public sector experience to deliver compliant, secure, and scalable solutions for federal, state, or local government clients
• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams using Jira to track work, manage sprints, and support iterative delivery—particularly on CAPPS Financials or similar government ERP systems
