14513 – Senior Operations Coordinator – Site Onboarding (onsite) – Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (required);
• Engineering experience
• Experience in operations, site coordination, or onboarding processes;
• Experience working in energy, industrial environments;
• Experience with controls systems OR alarm management OR SCADA;
• Experience with renewables technology;
• Experience with Quality (Six Sigma).
Responsibilities:
• Own and manage the end‑to‑end onboarding process for new sites, including both technical setup activities and administrative coordination.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (IT, OT, operations, and vendors) to ensure all site systems, data flows, and access requirements are properly established.
• Validate controls, alarms, and monitoring configurations to ensure new sites meet operational and security standards.
• Review site documentation, asset inventories, and configuration baselines to confirm readiness and compliance before onboarding completion.
• Identify process gaps or recurring onboarding issues and implement improvements using quality methodologies such as Six Sigma.
• Support integration of renewable energy assets and technologies, ensuring compatibility with existing operational and monitoring systems.
• Ensure quality and consistency across site onboarding deliverables, including checklists, workflows, and technical documentation.
