Technical Trainer (hybrid)

14500 - Technical Trainer (Hybrid) – Orlando, FL
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: Hybrid. Training delivery and in-person sessions will be conducted onsite as scheduled, while planning, collaboration, and training documentation work will be performed virtually. The candidate will likely be onsite during the first few weeks and then approximately three days per week.
Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.

Required:
• Availability to work as required at the Client’s site in Orlando, FL (required);
• Experience with directly related technical training duties and responsibilities (3+ years);
• Experience with designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive training programs, plans, and curricula;
• Experience with delivering group instruction and training for applications and operations both in-person and virtually;
• Experience with completing the full training cycle including needs assessment, planning, coordination, and monitoring;
• Experience with instructional design theory and implementation;
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and web delivery tools;
• Experience with MS Office proficiency;
• Experience with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques;
• Experience with training in a public-school platform;
• Experience with implementation and certification of specialty training projects.

Preferred:
• Experience with Focus School Software or Skyward systems

Responsibilities :
• Deliver group instruction and training covering applications, operations, and functions to school-based and district-level end users;
• Develop training curricula and outlines while determining the most effective instructional methods such as E-Learning or workshops;
• Design and support training aids including handbooks, applications, and visual aids for various delivery formats;
• Conduct analysis to assess training and development needs across the organization;
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and utilize data to revise instructional objectives;
• Coordinate all administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs;
• Become familiar with Focus and Skyward systems to train users on enrollment, withdrawals, and student demographic data
