Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
• Experience with ServiceNow architecture;
• Experience with ServiceNow core functionality;
• experience with ServiceNow ITSM functionality;
• experience with ServiceNow SPM functionality;
• Experience with ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric -Integration Hub;
• Experience working effectively with users and a project team, to identify and document requirements for the maintenance, enhancement, modernization, remediation, or development of computer application systems, including technical overviews and context diagrams;
• Experience developing, testing, and implementing ServiceNow functionality to meet business needs;
• Experience with ServiceNow ITOM functionality;
• Experience planning, organizing, coordinating, and prioritizing work assignments for lower-level analysts;
• Experience working on complex technological solutions;
Preferred:
• Experience with IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundations and processes;
• Experience communicatig highly technical and business requirements or concepts;
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• Experience with SQL Server
• Experience with JavaScript
• Experience with Azure AD Federation Services
• Experience with Active Directory
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Lead the design, architecture, and configuration of ServiceNow platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, ITSM best practices, and scalable system design.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain core ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, SPM, Workflow, and Integration Hub/Data Fabric, ensuring high‑quality, secure, and compliant implementations.
• Collaborate with business users and project teams to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements, producing context diagrams, technical overviews, and solution documentation.
• Build, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, automations, integrations, and custom applications, ensuring they meet business needs and follow SDLC and governance standards.
• Support and optimize ServiceNow ITOM capabilities, including discovery, service mapping, event management, and operational workflows to improve visibility and system reliability.
• Plan, prioritize, and manage work assignments, coordinating with lower‑level analysts, developers, and cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery of enhancements and project milestones.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver enterprise‑level solutions, leveraging deep ServiceNow expertise to resolve defects, improve performance, and support modernization and remediation initiatives.
