Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.
Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
Experience in Information Systems, Business Administration, or Communications (6+ years)
Experience managing project timelines, product roadmaps, product and sprint backlogs, sprints, and other Agile project management artifacts;
• Experience with Agile and Hybrid project management, PMBOK practices, backlog management, and applying project management tools, techniques, and critical thinking;
• Experience in managing projects, resources, costs, vendor performance, and setting priorities, goals, schedules, and accurate task estimates;
• Experience with contract types and procurement documents (RFQ, RFP, ITB, ITN, Single Source) and applying risk assessment and mitigation methods;
• Experience with SDLC principles and documenting complete functional requirements, workflows, inputs/outputs, and technical overviews;
• Experience in analyzing processes, identifying gaps, designing improvements, evaluating system outputs, and communicating technical information clearly;
• Experience with QA reviews to ensure documentation quality, completeness, and adherence to standards;
• Experience with Azure DevOps or other Agile tools, and advanced use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project;
• Experience in understanding customer needs, documenting requirements, adapting to changing demands, and maintaining effective working relationships.

Preferred:
• Experience with business areas and financial or other processes;
Experience with public speaking, training, or communicating detailed information to large groups;
Experience working with SharePoint 365;
Experience in Business Analysts and Systems Analysis.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Manage projects in a hybrid Agile/traditional environment, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and stakeholder expectations.
• Communicate project and technical goals clearly to team members, business partners, and leadership.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, supporting release planning and sprint execution.
• Create, update, and manage all required project management documentation and deliverables.
• Facilitate project meetings, presentations, and collaborative sessions with SMEs and cross‑functional teams.
• Document and track project status, risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, and maintain the project documentation repository.
• Ensure compliance with Florida DMS‑FLDS reporting and documentation standards (Ch. 60GG‑1, 60GG‑2, 60GG‑5 F.A.C.) while supporting additional duties as assigned.
