14485 – AI Engineering Adoption Specialist (onsite) – Jupiter, FL

Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Jupiter, FL (required);
• Experience with engineering documents and workflows in an industrial or regulated environment;
• Experience with AI and digital productivity tools.
Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, equivalent experience supporting engineering design deliverables accepted.
Responsibilities:
• Work side‑by‑side with engineers on active design work to demonstrate practical AI use
• Support creation of reusable prompts, templates, and bounded AI agents aligned to engineering workflows
• Help translate successful use cases into repeatable team practices
• Track and report adoption, agent development, and quality/rework indicators
• Collaborate with digital and IT teams to identify data sources, integrate AI tools with existing engineering systems (e.g., document control, CAD, or calculation platforms), and ensure secure, compliant usage.
• Provide feedback to model developers and program managers on AI tool performance, gaps, and user experience to help refine enterprise AI solutions for engineering.
