14483 – Power BI Developer (hybrid) – Austin, TX

Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: Hybrid 3 days remote with 2 days (Thursdays and Fridays) required to be onsite.
Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.

Required:
• Experience with Power BI (8 years);
• Experience writing SQL for relational databases (8 years);
• Experience with RESTful web services on Spring platform (8 years);
• Experience with JUnit and Unit Test development (8 years).

Preferred:
• Experience with Angular UI Framework (4 years);
• Experience with Crystal Reports (4 years).

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Develop interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI to support business intelligence and decision-making.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for relational databases to extract, transform, and analyze data.
• Design and implement RESTful web services using the Spring platform to support scalable backend functionality.
• Create and maintain unit tests using JUnit to ensure code reliability, coverage, and adherence to quality standards.
• Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using the Angular UI framework.
• Generate and maintain operational and analytical reports using Crystal Reports.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather reporting and application requirements, ensuring Power BI dashboards, APIs, and front-end components meet business needs and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
