14481 – Dashboard Developer (hybrid) – Austin, TX

Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: Hybrid, 2 days remote with 3 days (Tue, Wed and Fri) required to be onsite.
Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.
Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Austin, TX (required);
• Experience creating reports or data analysis, using Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, Cognos, Business Objects, QlikView or similar (8 years);
Preferred:
• Experience working with very large-scale data sets in Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Snowflake, or similar (4 years);
• Experience working with Informatica ETL tools (2 years);
• Experience working with Tableau creating dashboards and reports (2 years);
• Experience working with PowerBI creating dashboards and reports (2 years).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI based on business and program area requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and data governance standards.
• Perform data analysis using SQL and related reporting tools to support analytics, operational reporting, and decision-making initiatives.
• Work with large-scale data sets across enterprise database platforms such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or Snowflake to ensure efficient and accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with program staff and cross-functional teams to validate report functionality, conduct testing, and ensure data accuracy and usability.
• Utilize Informatica ETL tools (preferred) to support data extraction, transformation, and loading processes for reporting solutions.
• Publish, promote, and maintain reporting artifacts while providing ongoing enhancements, troubleshooting, and support for the SHARP reporting platform
