14478 - Data & Workflows Automation Engineer, Power Automate/SQL (onsite) – Juno Beach, FL

Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.
Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.
Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
• Experience in data engineering and/or using automation tools (3 years);
• Experience in modeling and development with multi-dimensional (OLAP) and relational (OLTP) databases;
• Experience using Power Platform tools including PowerApps and Power Automate;
• Experience with data ingestion tools including R script, Alteryx, SSIS, Python;
• Experience with building visualization using Power BI and QA/testing of user interfaces;
• Experience with ETL;
• Experience with stored procedures;
• Software development experience;
• Experience with email processing automation (parsing inbox, attachments, subject lines/headlines);
• Experience with SQL;
• Experience in Data engineering;
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
Preferred:
• Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL and multi-dimensional models built using SSAS, SAP BW, GEP smart, Redshift cluster etc;
• Experience in the energy sector or utility industry;
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI;
• Experience with data governance and compliance standards;
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities:
• Design and build automation solutions to eliminate manual, repetitive tasks for internal customers and improve operational efficiency.
• Extract and validate data from multiple source systems using APIs, data interfaces, and other integration tools.
• Transform, cleanse, and integrate data sets, and load them into relational databases while ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and performance optimization.
• Perform data analysis to support business operations, strategic initiatives, and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including IT, business units, and data engineering—to ensure seamless data flow and system integration.
• Conduct ongoing data quality assessments and implement controls to improve data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Develop, document, maintain ETL and automation processes, provide end-user training and support, and stay current with advancements in AI and data analytics technologies.
