14464 – Salesforce Consultant (hybrid, 2-3 days onsite) – Miami Beach, FL

Work Setting: 2-3 days onsite. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client

Required:
• Availability to work 2-3 days at the Client’s site in Miami Beach, FL (required);
• Experience with Salesforce Administration (user management, security model, profiles, roles, permissions, data integrity).
• Experience with Salesforce Development using Apex, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), and Flow.
• Experience designing and implementing automations, workflows, and scalable platform enhancements.
• Experience managing integrations, APIs, and data migrations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Assess, document, and understand the current Salesforce configuration and vendor-implemented customizations.
• Administer day-to-day Salesforce operations, including user management, security, profiles, roles, and data integrity.
• Design and implement new features, automations, and workflows aligned with business initiatives
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, and Flow where appropriate.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Manage integrations, data migrations, and system enhancements as needed.
• Create reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
