14462 – Payroll Systems Implementations Manager (hybrid) – Doral, FL

Type: Temp-to-Hire
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible conversion to direct hire.
Work Setting: Hybrid.

Required:
• Payroll project management experience, with at least 3 years working directly with Dayforce/Lawson. (5+ years)
• Payroll Operations Experience.
• Experience managing payroll system implementations or large-scale process improvements.
• Experience with payroll regulations, compliance requirements, and reporting standards.
Preferred:
• PMP or similar project management certification
Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning and implementation of payroll projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management.
• Manage project resource allocation and coordinate the efforts of internal team members and third-party contractors.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
