14428 – SharePoint Online and Power Platform Developer (hybrid) – Austin, TX

Work Setting: The working position is Hybrid - On Site and Telework.

Required:
• Experience developing/supporting Power Platform apps such as Power Automate and Power BI (5+ years);
• Experience using Power Automate Flow for process automation (5+ years);
• Experience with custom workflows, lists, automation, and data integration (5+ years)
• Experience with SharePoint development and administration including intranet development (5+ years);
• Experience managing a Microsoft SharePoint M365 online environment at an enterprise level (5+ years);
• Experience administering SharePoint Online (site creation, permissions, lists/libraries, and workflow configuration) (5+ years);
• Experience with HTML/CSS and SharePoint design tools (5+ years);
• Experience gathering requirements and communicating effectively with technical and non-technical users (5+ years);
• Experience supporting enterprise users and content governance (5+ years).
Preferred:
• Microsoft certifications in SharePoint Online and Power Platform
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Design, develop, and deploy Power Platform solutions—including Microsoft Forms and Power Automate—to automate business processes and improve end‑user productivity.
• Build, integrate, and maintain Microsoft Forms and Power Automate Flows, incorporating approvals, Outlook notifications, and SharePoint list automation.
• Plan, design, and execute a SharePoint Online intranet (including HUB site architecture), and administer enterprise‑level SharePoint environments.
• Migrate content from Drupal to SharePoint Online, ensuring proper structure, permissions, and governance.
• Manage SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, and permissions while implementing best practices for security, data integrity, and governance.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to end users, developers, and stakeholders across Power Platform and SharePoint solutions.
• Deliver documentation, end‑user training, and mentorship to junior team members while supporting ongoing enhancements and governance initiatives.
