14425 - Insurance Operations Coordinator (onsite) – Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (required)
• Experience with procurement processes, including purchase order creation, requisition processing, and procure-to-pay support
• Experience with month-end accrual execution and financial reporting processes
• Experience with accounting methodology application and compliance with accounting policies
• Experience with master data creation and maintenance across enterprise systems
• Experience with financial documentation preparation and distribution required for financing agreements
• Experience with financial data and insurance cost tracking systems management
• Experience with insurance-related cost flow monitoring and validation
• Experience with cost analysis and financial support processes for insurance-related operations
Preferred:
• Experience with SAP financial modules
• Experience with month-end accrual processes
• Experience with collaborating effectively across multiple teams in a corporate or utility/energy environment
Responsibilities:
• Partner with project management teams on procurement activities including purchase order creation, requisition processing, and full procure-to-pay support
• Track insurance-related costs and execute month-end accruals to support accurate financial reporting for insurance operations
• Collaborate with accounting to ensure proper accounting methodology and compliance with company policy and Sarbanes-Oxley
• Support master data creation and maintenance to ensure data accuracy across financial and insurance systems
• Coordinate cross-functionally with project managers, site personnel, finance, and business management to prepare and distribute memos required under financing agreements
• Facilitate executive signature processes for required documentation related to insurance and financing
• Maintain organized financial data and insurance tracking systems, monitor and validate all insurance-related cost flows, and support insurance claims processing (including PALMS)
