14411 - Tririga/Maximo Technical Expert for Real Estate (Hybrid) – Austin, TX

Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: Hybrid. Position will be 3 days remote with 2 days (Thurs & Fri) required to be onsite at the client’s location. The worker may be required to work remotely at client’s discretion, up to 100 percent of the time.
Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.

Required:
• Experience as a Facilities Manager (7+ years)
• Experience contracting on IBM Tririga/Maximo products for a minimum of 1 contract (5+ years)
• Experience in Tririga Projects Version 10 (4+ years)

Preferred:
• Experience as a Workplace Reservation Manager (3 years)
• Experience as a Real Estate Manager (3 years)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Manage facility operations, maintenance, and service delivery as a Facilities Manager
• Oversee real estate portfolio strategy, leasing, and asset management as a Real Estate Manager
• Execute contracts involving IBM TRIRIGA/Maximo products, with experience on at least one implemented contract
• Configure, support, or manage projects using TRIRIGA Projects Version 10
• Administer workplace reservation systems and optimize space utilization as a Workplace Reservation Manager
• Coordinate vendor performance, service-level compliance, and corrective actions across facilities and workplace programs.
• Analyze operational data to identify cost‑saving opportunities, improve space planning, and support strategic facilities decision‑making.
