14409 –.Net Developer, SQL/Azure (hybrid) – Tallahassee, FL

Estimated Duration: 6 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: Remote work for this position is contemplated but must be available for initial on-site setup and regular meetings at The Client’s offices

Required:
• Available for initial on-site setup and regular meetings at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
• Experience in .NET programming inclusive of C# (7+ years);
• Experience working on enterprise-level software applications. (7+ years);
• Experience in configuration management (using DevOps and GitHub) for software application objects. (7+ years);
• Experience facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT) with business program staff. (7+ years);
• Experience with MS SQL products inclusive of MS SQL 2019 and newer, Azure SQL Database and Azure SQL Managed Instance. (7+ years);
• Experience in change management best practices, serving in a code promotion role in partnership with development team. (7+ years);
• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field of study.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise-level applications using .NET and C# technologies.
• Collaborate with business program staff to gather, analyze, and translate user requirements into technical solutions.
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify and implement operational and performance improvements.
• Produce technical estimates and implementation plans for system enhancements and new functionality.
• Design, develop, and support MS SQL databases, including data modeling, performance tuning, and development of stored procedures, functions, and views.
• Manage configuration and code promotion processes using DevOps and GitHub, ensuring adherence to change management best practices.
• Plan, execute, and support system testing and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
