Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
• Project management experience (5+ years)
• Risk assessment and mitigation planning experience
• Pre-construction experience
• Experience managing capital expenditure (CAPEX) budgets
Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage capital expenditure (CAPEX) budgets for projects.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage procurement and execution of survey contractors.
• Ensure contractor deliverables align with engineering design requirements and project timelines.
• Lead cross-functional coordination between development, engineering, permitting, and construction teams.
• Monitor preconstruction schedules and prepare projects for transition into construction.
• Manage stakeholders and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project scope and objectives.
