Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: Hybrid - On Site and Telework

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Location (required);
• Project management experience for large-scale Enterprise Implementations (10 years)
• State of Texas or similar Federal/State project management experience (8 years)
• Project management / systems analyst experience leading and managing legacy modernization projects (8 years)
• State of Texas Project Delivery Framework experience (5 years)
• Experience with low code/no code solution (5 years)
• Experience with Texas statewide systems (3 years)
• Experience with State of Texas QAT process for major Information Resources project (MIRP) (3 years)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Lead and manage large-scale enterprise implementation projects with 10+ years of project management experience
• Apply 8+ years of State of Texas or comparable federal/state government project management expertise to ensure compliance and alignment with public-sector standards
• Direct legacy system modernization initiatives as a project manager and systems analyst, leveraging 8+ years of experience in transformation and integration
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of the State of Texas Project Delivery Framework to govern project lifecycle activities and deliverables
• Design, implement, and oversee low-code/no-code solutions to accelerate delivery and improve business process efficiency
• Support and integrate with Texas statewide systems, ensuring interoperability and adherence to state architecture standards
• Execute projects in accordance with the State of Texas Quality Assurance and Testing (QAT) process for Major Information Resources Projects (MIRP)
