Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Support the transformation of the NWD system to improve access to long-term services and supports (LTSS).
• Create and execute a plan for "secret shoppers" to interact with the NWD system to identify strengths and referral gaps.
• Review and assess existing business processes to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for reengineering.
• Elicit, document, and analyze requirements for an interoperable referral system between "doors".
• Define clear reporting requirements for redesigned PowerBI dashboards, including key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and filters. You must establish data transformation and mapping specifications to ensure that legacy and new data can coexist for unified analytics.
• Partner daily with the Senior Systems Advisor to track development and conduct testing for all system functionality. You will develop the Master Test Plan, create test cases for Jotform paths and PowerBI logic, and document test execution results to ensure adherence to business requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison for project progress by reporting weekly to the Director of the Contract Compliance Unit. This includes providing status summaries, issues/risks logs, and action items, as well as delivering a final user manual for all system roles prior to contract completion.
