14381 – Human-Centered Design Consultant (onsite) – Juno Beach, FL

Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.

Our Client is hiring a Human-Centered Design Consultant (onsite)
Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
• Experience in UX, digital strategy, product design, or human-centered research roles (3+ years);
• Experience in Human-Centered Design principles, research methods, and experience synthesis;
• Experience supporting both strategic initiatives and hands-on delivery work;
• Experience with Figma for collaborative design and design reviews;
• Experience with Jira (or similar tools) and working within agile, sprint-based teams;
• Experience with AI-powered tools used in design, research, or synthesis — and a willingness to experiment and learn as the space evolves.
Responsibilities:
• Lead ongoing user research and experience discovery to inform product direction, prioritize opportunities, and shape strategic experience roadmaps.
• Develop and evolve personas, journey maps, and experience frameworks that guide decision‑making and align teams around user needs and business goals.
• Plan and facilitate usability testing, design reviews, and feedback sessions, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Identify experience challenges and root causes, proposing practical, user‑centered solutions that balance desirability, feasibility, and business value.
• Translate research insights into usable artifacts and guidance—such as concepts, storyboards, and experience blueprints—that support both near‑term delivery and long‑term planning.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, designers, and software engineers to ensure experience intent is understood, aligned, and carried through implementation.
• Explore and pilot emerging tools and workflows, including AI‑enabled research or design support, to improve efficiency, elevate quality, and evolve ways of working.

• Experience in HCD methodologies such as design thinking, experience blueprinting, and insight synthesis.

• Experience with Figma and Salesforce Lightning Design.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze business processes and practices to design and implement IT solutions aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
• Translate business requirements into clear, concise functional specifications and documentation.
• Lead and execute usability testing, experience benchmarking, and user research to validate Salesforce solution effectiveness.
• Develop personas, journey maps, storyboards, and conceptual designs to support human‑centered solution development.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including user behavior analysis and root‑cause analysis, to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including IT, business stakeholders, QA, and design teams—to ensure user‑centric and technically feasible solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate solution performance, ensuring implemented systems meet functional requirements and deliver measurable business value.
