14374 – Knowledge Base Migration Specialist, Confluence/SharePoint (onsite) – Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (required);
• Experience with Confluence Server and Cloud, proficiency in macros (both versions), understanding of Confluence capabilities and limitations
• Experience with SharePoint Online, proficiency in SharePoint pages, web parts, lists, libraries, and site design
• Experience with HTML and CSS for custom page formatting and design
• Experience creating and managing page templates for consistent branding and layout
• Experience in Design and User experience, with ability to create visually compelling and intuitive pages
Preferred:
• Experience with both Confluence Cloud and SharePoint Online
• Experience with migration tools and processes for either platform
• Experience with out of the box vs. apps, plugins, or add-ins to extend platform functionality
• Experience with accessibility standards and responsive design principles
Responsibilities:
• Execute migration tasks from current platform to Confluence Cloud or SharePoint, ensuring content integrity and functionality
• Convert platform-specific elements (macros, custom HTML, widgets) to cloud-compatible or SharePoint-native solutions
• Build and refine page templates that maximize usability, visual appeal, and brand consistency
• Optimize page layouts and navigation structures for improved user experience
• Test migrations and configurations before production deployment
• Implement out-of-the-box features in Confluence Cloud or SharePoint to replace or enhance current functionality
• Apply design best practices to create compelling, user-friendly pages
• Collaborate with other team members to coordinate tasks, share progress, and ensure successful migration completion
• Document processes, configurations, and template standards for ongoing maintenance
