14357 – Quality Assurance Analyst (Onsite) – Tallahassee, FL

Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.
Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
• Experience in software quality assurance, including test planning, execution, and defect management (8+ years)
• Experience with QA methodologies, functional and regression testing, and test automation frameworks.
• Experience with performance testing, troubleshooting, and validating application stability across environments.
• Experience with enterprise systems integration and data validation processes.
• Experience with compliance standards such as PCI and best practices for secure application development.
• Experience with QA tools and components (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, Oracle WebLogic Server).
• Experience documenting test cases, reporting results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience using Oracle Forms, Oracle APEX, and PL/SQL.
• Experience developing and executing test plans and scripts, as well as performing functional, integration, and regression testing for PALM and FLAIR systems.
Preferred:
• Experience designing and maintaining automated test suites for complex applications.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and participation in Scrum ceremonies.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines for automated testing.
• Experience with application and data security best practices in QA processes.
• Experience working in government or public sector environments with regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience with RESTful services testing and API validation.
• QA-related certifications (e.g., ISTQB Certified Tester, Certified Software Quality Analyst)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Develop and execute test plans and test scripts for PALM and FLAIR integrations, ensuring full coverage of functional and technical requirements.
• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing across PALM and FLAIR systems to validate end‑to‑end behavior.
• Design, develop, and maintain data integration processes that support application functionality, data flows, and reporting needs.
• Document defects, track remediation activities, validate fixes, and ensure issues are resolved prior to deployment.
• Apply QA methodologies and leverage test automation tools to support application deployment, system security, and integration testing.
• Ensure all testing activities comply with State of Florida accounting standards, data‑security requirements, and PCI compliance expectations.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, implement solutions, and ensure applications function as intended.
