Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client
Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
• Construction Management experience;
• Experience with analyzing and managing contractor safety plans and site-specific orientations;
• Experience with reviewing and managing technical project documentation, including permits, road use agreements, crossing agreements, SWPPP, and drawings;
• Experience with safety assessments and documentation using Unifier;
• Experience with tracking project progress and approving CSU project tracking spreadsheets;
• Experience with managing 3rd party resources, including environmental teams, safety teams, and land agents;
• Experience with independent data collection and high-accuracy reporting for executive-level review;
• Experience with managing commercial contract disputes through accurate documentation and change order tracking;
• Experience with coordinating outages and crossings in conjunction with contractors.
Preferred:
• Experience with developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with contractors to ensure schedule and quality compliance;
• Experience with utilizing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across civil, structural, and electrical disciplines to solve technical problems;
• Experience with material management and expediting delivery schedules;
• Experience with P-6 contractor schedules.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary field-level lead responsible for project success and coordination between the site and Project Management.
• Conduct independent data collection and ensure all reports and trackers are 100% accurate and submitted by weekly deadlines.
• Manage contractor safety performance by enforcing safety plans and conducting regular safety assessments in Unifier.
• Review and interpret complex project documents, including engineering drawings, permits, and quality specifications to ensure compliance.
• Monitor environmental constraints and SWPPP compliance, serving as the sole point of contact between the environmental team and contractors.
• Track project progress and Approve the CSU to ensure the tracking spreadsheet remains accurate for management review.
• Competitively manage additional resources, including land agents and expeditors, to resolve issues regarding land agreements and material deliveries.
