Our Client is hiring a Project Scheduler (remote)
• Project Scheduler experience (3+ years).
• Experience with Primavera P6 Scheduling software.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, Business Management, or similar field.
Preferred:
• Project Management with experience in tracking project plans against schedule baselines and performing ad-hoc analyses (4+ years).
Responsibilities:
• Creation, maintenance, and progress of project schedules using Primavera P6 Software.
• Preparation of monthly reports for construction projects comparing baseline approved schedule to progress schedule including critical path method, resource loading, cost loading, manpower, submittals, projections of impacts, and recovery plans.
• Work directly with Project Originators, Developers, Engineers, Early-Stage Managers, and Construction Managers supporting the development, engineering, and construction of all energy technologies.
• Development of effective and accurate schedules.
• Coordination of multidisciplinary meetings.
• Reporting to management on project status and variances.

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Lead schedule review meetings with project teams and stakeholders.
• Collect and integrate scope, logistics, and constraint data into the project schedule.
• Analyze and validate external schedule inputs for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate schedule status, risks, and variances to project management.
• Ensure scheduling alignment with resource allocation and project priorities.
• Support project planning and execution through proactive schedule management.
