14346 – Project Scheduler (onsite) – Juno Beach, FL

Estimated Duration: 5 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client
Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
• Experience with Primavera P6 Scheduling software (4+ years)
• Lead experience
• Experience in leading Schedule Review Meetings.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Lead schedule review meetings with project teams and stakeholders.
• Collect and integrate scope, logistics, and constraint data into the project schedule.
• Analyze and validate external schedule inputs for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate schedule status, risks, and variances to project management.
• Ensure scheduling alignment with resource allocation and project priorities.
• Support project planning and execution through proactive schedule management.
