Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 7 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: Hybrid. Onsite (Mon and Tues), Remote (Wed, Thurs, Fri).


Required:
• Experience with Software as a Service (Saas) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments (5 years);
• Experience with Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate technical solutions (4 years);
• Experience in Microsoft Power Platform development (4 years);
• Experience in design and development of Canvas and Model-driven PowerApps by utilizing Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases as the backend data storage model (4 years);
• Experience developing Power Automate Flows, Desktop Flows, business process Flows (4 years);
• Experience in Dataverse tables and uses (4 years);
• Experience in Power Pages portals (4 years);
• Experience in Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center (4 years).

Preferred:
• Communication, analytical and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization (2 years);
• Good teamwork skills, and ability to collaborate with other functional and technical staff on the project (2 years);
• Experience in Agile development and sprint planning (2 years);
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on cross-functional teams (2 years);
• Experience with Power Platform mobile apps, Power Virtual Agents, Power Pages, and PowerApps portals (1 year);

Responsibilities:
• Analyze business objectives and problems, identify alternative solutions, and perform basic cost/benefit analysis for Power Platform solutions;
• Gather and document user requirements, current processes, and system needs; define functional specifications for Power Platform applications;
• Design, develop, and support Dataverse-based solutions, Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Pages portals, and Power Automate flows;
• Work as part of the MCS team to expand and support the Texas HHS Microsoft 365 Power Platform for custom application development;
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand input/output needs, reporting formats, and integration requirements;
• Review system capabilities and constraints to ensure requested changes are feasible and aligned with standards and schedules.
