SAP ISU Functional Analyst (onsite)

14320 - SAP ISU Functional Analyst (onsite) – West Palm Beach and Miami, FL

Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.
Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in West Palm Beach / Miami, FL (required);
• Experience as Business Analyst (6+ years);
• Experience in SAP Industry Standard for Utilities (ISU);
• Experience in Functional Financial (FICA) or Billing configuration;
• Experience leading FICA or Billing projects and providing innovative technical solutions;
• Experience in the full system development lifecycle, including analyzing, designing, testing, debugging, and maintaining complex systems;
• Experience applying appropriate Agile methodologies, tools, and technology for managing development activities;
• Experience with ISU Financial, Billing, and Invoicing processes, including backend job functionality and the treatment of payments and balances;
• Experience in change management, service ticket management, and automating code release handoffs from development to operations (DevOps);
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.

Preferred:
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems.

Responsibilities:
• Implement and configure SAP application enhancements while identifying opportunities to leverage functionality for improved business processes;
• Maintain the reliability, performance, security, and continuity of IT systems;
• Partner with Project Managers, ERP Managers, IT teams, and business representatives to align on initiatives and operational strategies impacting SAP;
• Ensure user satisfaction through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely resolution of complex technical issues;
• Design, develop, and test experimental applications to explore new ideas within established cost and time frames;
• Ensure all application processes align with corporate social responsibility, security, environmental policies, and applicable legislation;
• Define metrics and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for all developed systems.
