Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client
Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Boca Raton, FL or Ocoee, FL (required);
• Experience with RHEL Linux 8/9 administration/patch management.
• Experience with Linux Server builds and custom configurations.
• Experience with Performance tuning of Oracle database servers.
• Experience with Server Security vulnerability management.
• Experience with SolarWinds monitoring.
• Experience with Ansible playbook development
• Experience with Ansible Automation Platform management and upgrades
• Experience with Satellite 6 management and upgrades
• Experience with VMware operational knowledge.
• Experience with automation.
• Experience with server migrations.
• Experience with troubleshooting.
• Experience with TCP/IP networking, network topology and firewalled environments.
Preferred:
• Experience with Storage management.
• Experience with Database administration.
• Experience with Windows administration.
• Experience with Cloud integration.
• Experience with Veritas NetBackup management.
• Experience with applications like JBoss, WebSphere, Splunk and HP ALM.
Responsibilities:
• Provide operational support for a 300‑server RHEL 8/9 environment, including OS patching and system maintenance.
• Build, configure, and tune Linux servers and Oracle database hosts to meet application performance requirements.
• Manage security vulnerabilities, quarterly patch cycles, and compliance activities including PCI and audit remediation.
• Develop automation using Ansible (playbooks and AAP) and maintain Satellite 6 for lifecycle and configuration management.
• Monitor system health with SolarWinds, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure high availability across the Linux estate.
• Support migrations, upgrades, and technology‑roadmap initiatives such as OS, hardware, and third‑party software updates.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, document work, and participate in 24x7 on‑call rotation for UNIX/Linux support.
