14289 - Heat Exchanger Program Engineer (remote) – Jupiter West, FL

Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: Remote. Will potentially require some night shift support/coverage.
Required:
• Heat Exchanger Program Engineer experience (7+ years);
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
Preferred:
• Nuclear Experience (2+ years);
• Experience with Eddy current testing of heat exchangers;
• Experience with GL 89-13;
• Experience with Thermal Performance reviews;
• Experience with Proto-HX.
Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze heat exchanger inspection results and coordinate with NDE teams
• Make recommendations for maintaining the reliability of program heat exchangers and perform margin calculations
• Support maintenance evolutions, provide technical recommendations, and monitor program health
• Perform regulatory assessments and ensure compliance with GL 89-13 and nuclear standards
• Update engineering procedures and perform calculations for design and licensing requirements
• Develop tube plugging criteria and manage plans for timely HX replacement
• Routinely monitor heat exchanger performance and ensure all program processes align with service conditions
