14254 – SQL/Oracle DBA (remote) – Washington, DC

Required:
SQL DBA:
• Experience across a wide range of database technologies (SQL Server, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.) (8+ years)
• Experience with SQL Database, SQL Cluster, MySQL, and MS Access support, development and maintenance activities as needed;
Oracle DBA:
• Experience across a wide range of database technologies (SQL Server, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.) (8+ years)
• Experience with Oracle;
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Troubleshooting daily SQL Server and SQL Cluster issues. This includes system setups and configuration, error triage, etc.
• Respond to Requests for Changes (RFC) assigned for maintenance as well as FootPrints requests related to GBIS.
• Assisting users in creating and building SQL and Oracle databases.
• Troubleshooting issues related to SQL, Oracle, or MS Access as well as application related issues i.e. SharePoint and others as they relate to database development, support, and management.
