14248 - IT Systems Administrator (onsite) – Miami, FL

Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.
Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Miami, FL (required);
• Experience with Azure administration and Azure Enterprise Applications (5+ years);
• Experience with SSO configuration, conditional access policies, and application lifecycle management;
• Experience managing Azure Active Directory (Azure AD/Entra ID) for user provisioning, identity governance, and security compliance;
• Experience administering Active Directory Domain Services including domain controllers, organizational units, and Group Policy management;
• Experience managing DNS infrastructure and configuring/maintaining DHCP services;
• Experience with directory synchronization between on-premises AD and Azure AD environments;
• Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or similar, including designing and managing virtualized infrastructure;
• Experience with AWS Cloud Operations, including managing EC2 instances, S3 storage, VPC networking, and security groups;
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for system automation, reporting, and administrative tasks;
• Change management and ITIL framework experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred:
• Certifications Azure Administrator Associate; Identity & Access Administrator; VMware VCP; AWS certifications
Responsibilities:
• Administer Azure Enterprise Applications, including SSO configuration, conditional access policies, and application lifecycle management;
• Manage Azure Active Directory (Azure AD/Entra ID) for user provisioning, identity governance, and security compliance;
• Administer Active Directory Domain Services, including domain controllers, organizational units, and Group Policy management;
• Design and manage virtualized infrastructure, including performance optimization and capacity planning;
• Develop PowerShell scripts for system automation, reporting, and administrative tasks;
• Manage AWS EC2 instances, S3 storage, VPC networking, and security groups;
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and implement proactive solutions and maintain comprehensive documentation and follow established change management processes.
