14241 – Nuclear IT Business Analyst (onsite) – Jupiter, FL

Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client
Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Jupiter, FL (required);
• Experience in a business analyst role (7-10 years);
• Experience with nuclear energy management software systems;
• Experience developing functional and technical specifications;
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field
Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders;
• Identify and implement software solutions that support business processes;
• Develop detailed functional and technical specifications for software solutions;
• Act as a subject matter expert for nuclear energy management software systems;
• Conduct system testing and facilitate user acceptance testing;
• Identify risks and issues related to software systems and coordinate resolution;
• Collaborate with other IT departments to ensure integration and alignment of business systems
