14238 – Business Analyst Team Lead (onsite) – Boca Raton, FL

Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Boca Raton, FL (required);
• Relevant technical or business work experience (5+ years);
• Expertise in the business unit(s) they support, as well as an understanding of the IT organization's systems and capabilities;
• Experience supporting several moderately complex business processes.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Serve as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.
• Analyze business partner's operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses and determine opportunities to automate processes and functions.
• Assist in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology.
• Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and manage changes to those specifications.
• Educate the IT organization on the direction of the business.
• Negotiate agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between business unit(s) and IT, from initial requirements to final implementation.
• Work on multiple projects as a project team member, and occasionally as a project leader.
