14233 - Salesforce Business Analyst (onsite) – Miami, FL

Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 6 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.
Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Miami, FL (required);
• Experience in Salesforce solutions and integrations across platforms such as SAP, MuleSoft, UCDP, and other enterprise systems;
• Experience with data integrity, security, and compliance across integrated systems;
• Experience supporting system testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements for Salesforce solutions;
• Analyze and optimize existing business processes to align with Salesforce capabilities;
• Partner with technical and QA teams to design and test Salesforce functionality end-to-end with SAP, MuleSoft, UCDP, and related platforms;
• Ensure seamless data flow, data integrity, and compliance across integrated systems;
• Lead workshops and requirement-gathering sessions to define project scope and deliverables;
• Act as a bridge between technical and business teams to ensure requirements are met within project timelines;
• Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
