14232 - Customer Support Technician (Onsite) – Celebration, FL

Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: This is an onsite position, and teleworking is not authorized. Travel between Client’s locations is required for 25% to 40% of the time.
Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.
Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Celebration, FL (required);
• Experience in the installation, maintenance, and technical support of workstation hardware (1+ year);
• Experience providing customer service and technical support with Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 10 or above operating systems;
• Experience troubleshooting and performing minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment using proven troubleshooting procedures;
• Experience configuring and deploying IT resources, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices;
• Experience with basic network and telephony support;
• Experience installing, configuring, and updating software;
• Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting audio-visual and videoconference equipment as assigned
Preferred:
• Associate degree from an accredited institution with IT-related coursework;
• CompTIA A+ and Net+ Certifications.
Responsibilities:
• Provide end-user technical support, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.
• Monitor and manage service ticket queues, resolving assigned incidents and documenting actions, diagnostics, and resolutions.
• Install, configure, and support audio-visual and video conferencing equipment as assigned.
• Deploy, configure, and support IT assets such as desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices in compliance with Client standards.
• Perform basic network and telephony troubleshooting and provide on-site support for remote technical teams as needed.
• Travel to Client locations to resolve IT issues and deploy resources as required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks, including climbing ladders, squatting, stooping, pushing, crawling, and bending in all types of weather.
