14232 - Customer Support Technician (Onsite) – Celebration, FL

Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: This is an onsite position, and teleworking is not authorized. Travel between Client’s locations is required for 25% to 40% of the time.
Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Celebration, FL (required);
• Experience in the installation, maintenance, and technical support of workstation hardware (1 + and 2+ years);
• Experience providing customer service and technical support with Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 10 or above operating systems;
• Experience troubleshooting and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment using proven troubleshooting procedures;
• Experience configuring and deploy IT resources, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices;
• Experience with basic network and telephony support;
• Experience to install, configure, and update software.
Preferred:
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• CompTIA A+ and Net+ Certifications
Responsibilities
• Provide end-user technical support, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and peripheral equipment to ensure smooth system operations.
• Monitor and manage service ticket queues, resolving assigned incidents promptly while documenting actions, diagnostics, and resolutions.
• Install, configure, and maintain audio-visual and video conferencing systems, providing on-site technical assistance and ensuring equipment reliability.
• Support network and telephony functions by performing basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and coordination with remote technical teams.
• Deploy and configure IT assets such as desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices, maintaining compliance with Client standards and inventory requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb a ladder, squat, stoop, push, crawl, and bend in all types of weather.
