Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: Onsite. 70% of the time is spent in the office, and 30% is in the field.

18936 Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Las Vegas, NV (required);
• Construction Management experience;
• Experience reading and understanding contract documents, contractor safety plans, permits, road use agreements, crossing agreements, SWPPP, haul routes, schedules, and drawings;
• Experience leading pre-construction, kickoff meetings, QA/QC, and site reporting;
• Experience filling out safety assessments and CILs (in Unifier);
• Experience tracking progress and approving the CSU;
• Experience monitoring environmental constraints and staying involved in outage and crossing coordination;
• Experience with managing additional resources like environmental teams, ISC/expeditors, and safety teams;
• Experience utilizing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Land Agents.
18887 Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Kaufman, TX (required);
• Experience reading and interpreting complex agreements, contracts, and permits to ensure site team understanding.
• Experience using Unifier or similar project management software for document upload, reporting, and QA/QC verification.
• Experience with proper construction techniques and quality standards within an EPC framework.
• Utility-scale solar construction experience
18936 Responsibilities:
• Manage the project's success from a field level;
• Serve as the quarterback of the project in the field for the Client;
• Act as the bridge between the field and the Project Manager;
• Lead, train, and set expectations for the Client’s team;
• Monitor environmental constraints before and during work activities;
• Collect your own data for reporting and ensure it is 100% accurate as it is shared with senior management;
• Manage the Client’s team to help gather all information needed for accurate reporting.
18887 Responsibilities:
• Review Job Book documentation and mechanical completion guarantees to ensure compliance prior to signing certificates.
• Review and approve Requests for Information (RFI) and Scope Deviation Notices (SDN), escalating to the Project Manager as required.
• Review and approve weekly construction status updates and incident reports submitted by the EPC.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager on project forecasts and changes to the risk tracker.
• Support the scheduling of project commissioning and assist in the final hand-off to the Power Generation Group at COD.
• Support business management, finance, and 3rd party engineering close-out with required documentation and as-built follow-ups.
