14222 - Applications Development Analyst (.Net) (onsite) - Tallahassee, FL

Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.
Required:
• Availability to work 100% Client’s site onsite in Tallahassee, FL;
• Experience in programming/systems analysis (2 years);
• Experience in the full systems life cycle;
• Experience making recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code.
Preferred:
• Experience in systems analysis, design, development, and integration methodologies with Oracle databases;
• Experience in web application development using Web API;
• Experience in code development using JavaScript and related frameworks;
• Experience with Microsoft .Net framework to include Classic ASP (5 years).
Responsibilities:
• Working closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand and document business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions;
• Responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting applications software that is delivered on time and within budget;
• Collaborate with database administrators and developers to design, optimize, and maintain Oracle database integrations within .NET applications;
• Develop and maintain RESTful Web API services to support front-end and third-party application integrations;
• Utilize JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue) to enhance user interface functionality and responsiveness in web applications;
• Evaluate legacy Classic ASP and .NET codebases to recommend, refactor, or migrate components toward modern, maintainable architectures;
• Provide ongoing post-deployment support by troubleshooting defects, performing root cause analysis, and implementing timely fixes to ensure application stability and performance.
