14212 - Sr .Net App Developer (onsite) – Tallahassee, FL

Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.
Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
• Experience in software development with large and complex systems (7+ years);
• Experience supporting solutions through the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC);
• Experience working with project stakeholders to identify and refine solution requirements;
• Experience driving critical decisions about key solution aspects such as organization, high-level structure, main components, interfaces, performance, resilience, reuse, comprehensibility, scalability, and security;
• Experience leading and mentoring technical teams;
• Experience and knowledge of Network and System development and deployment;
• Experience working with OData and OData REST APIs;
• Experience creating and monitoring continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines;
• Experience performing code reviews to ensure compliance with identified standards of practice;
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with HTML, CSS
• Experience with SSRS
Preferred:
• Experience with Operating Systems: Windows;
• Experience with Databases: SQL Server, Oracle;
• Experience with Programming & Scripting Languages: .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, JavaScript, YAML, XML, VB.NET, ASP.NET;
• Experience with Tools & Utilities: Azure DevOps, Active Directory, IIS Administration, OAuth 2.0, OData REST APIs, Telerik Kendo UI, Bootstrap, Toad for Oracle, MSBuild Tools, Visual Studio;
Responsibilities:
• Work under the direction of the Agency’s designated project manager or Lead Applications Development Supervisor;
• Comply with Division of IT Information Systems Development Methodology (ISDM) processes and standards;
• Participate in component and data architecture design, and performance monitoring;
• Review and confirm understanding of interface layouts for business needs, and complete interface design, build, and unit test activities;
• Provide software development programming estimates as directed;
• Develop and enhance software applications using .NET Framework, .NET Core, and other specified technologies;
• Maintain and support existing applications, ensuring compliance with performance, security, and scalability standards.
