14210 - Associate Compliance Change Manager (onsite) – Miami, FL

Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.
Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Miami, FL (required);
• Experience in technical change management, with a focus on compliance within an IT environment (1-3 years);
• Experience and technical understanding of IT systems and infrastructure;
• Experience with compliance standards and regulations;
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Compliance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred:
• ITIL certification or relevant compliance certifications such as CISM, CRISC.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with IT teams to analyze the technical implications of proposed changes and ensure compliance with organizational standards;
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for change requests and implementation plans;
• Ensure all changes align with organizational policies and relevant regulations;
• Maintain accurate documentation for change management activities, including requests, approvals, and implementation records;
• Support the identification and mitigation of risks associated with technical and compliance changes;
• Engage with technical and compliance teams to gather input on change impacts and mitigation strategies;
• Monitor change implementation outcomes to ensure they meet technical and compliance objectives.
