Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, from intake through offer;
• Experience with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS systems);
• Experience with sourcing and engaging hard-to-reach talent through social media, networking, and creative outreach;
• Experience with offer negotiation aligned with compensation benchmarks;
• Bachelor’s Degree.
Preferred:
• Experience with both agency and corporate recruiting environments;
• Experience with diversity hiring efforts and inclusive recruitment practices;
• Experience with employer branding and crafting compelling job postings.
Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for mid-level roles, from intake to offer;
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft effective sourcing strategies;
• Identify and engage top talent through advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, social media, and networking;
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche roles;
• Screen candidates for skills fit and facilitate structured interviews to support consistent hiring decisions;
• Negotiate offers aligned with compensation benchmarks and candidate expectations;
• Support employer branding through compelling job postings and social media presence
