Work Setting: Team is open to hybrid schedule for the right candidate - (3 days in office 2 remote)

Required:
• Full-cycle Recruiting experience (2-3+ years);
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter;
• Experience with Boolean search;
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS);
• Experience with advanced sourcing techniques;
• Agency and/or corporate experience;
• Bachelor's Degree.
Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruiting, from intake to offer;
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft effective sourcing strategies;
• Identify and engage top talent through advanced sourcing techniques-Boolean, social media, networking, and creative outreach;
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche roles;
• Screen candidates for both skills and culture fit;
• Facilitate structured interviews and support consistent hiring decisions;
• Negotiate offers aligned with compensation benchmarks and candidate expectations.
