14176 - Recruiter (hybrid, 3 days onsite 2 remote) – Juno Beach, FL

Work Setting: hybrid (3 days onsite 2 remote), first few weeks candidate must be onsite for training. Candidate must be willing to be fully onsite if converted

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
• Experience as a Recruiter, ideally at agency and corporate;
• Experience with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS systems);
• Experience in sourcing and a proven ability to find and engage hard-to-reach talent;
• Experience in relationship-building skills with hiring managers, candidates, and peers. And delivering great experiences for candidates and stakeholders alike;
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for mid-level roles, from intake to offer;
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft effective sourcing strategies;
• Identify and engage top talent through advanced sourcing techniques—Boolean, social media, networking, and creative outreach;
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche roles;
• Facilitate structured interviews and support consistent hiring decisions;
• Negotiate offers aligned with compensation benchmarks and candidate expectations;
• Support employer branding through compelling job postings and social presence.
