14153 - BI Analyst (onsite) – Tallahassee, FL

Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
• Experience in data visualization and analysis using Qlik Sense (2+ years);
• Experience in gathering and cleaning data from various sources;
• Experience with statistical methods and techniques to identify patterns, trends, correlations, and anomalies;
• Experience translating program requirements into technical solutions and engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels;

Preferred:
• Experience with Alteryx;
• Experience with Oracle SQL Developer, TOAD, or similar data tools;
• Experience with environmental data.

Responsibilities:
• Develop visually appealing, intuitive, user-friendly, and insightful Qlik Sense dashboards and reports;
• Advise program areas on which visualizations and analyses would best help them achieve their goals;
• Collaborate with data engineers and others to gather and clean data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and quality;
• Use statistical methods and techniques to identify patterns, trends, correlations, and anomalies, and extract meaningful insights;
• Work collaboratively with program areas to identify KPIs and develop metrics to track and measure progress toward goals;
• Monitor data quality to identify data issues and propose data cleansing or enhancement solutions;
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, scientists, and others, to understand data needs, address technical challenges, and promote data-driven decision-making across the organization.
