Enterprise Architecture Director (onsite)

Director, Enterprise Architecture (onsite) – Tallahassee, FL
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.


Required:
Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
Experience defining and delivering custom Force.com enterprise applications in a technical and/or functional leadership role (5+ years);
Experience with key areas of enterprise architecture, including integration technologies and master data management (5+ years);
Experience leading and overseeing customer and/or partner success stories in development and release management strategies, change management (3+ years);
Experience analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes via technology and integration (3+ years);
Experience using continuous integration tools (preferably Jenkins) (2+ years)

Preferred:
Experience delivering Lightning Web Components;
Experience performing backend data integration such as HTTP, Web Services;
Experience integrating Salesforce with Web Services (SOAP/REST);
Certification as a Salesforce Platform Developer;
Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, web services (SOAP or REST), Visualforce/APEX, JSON, JavaScript, and XML;
Development experience with Sales Cloud, as well as Community Cloud and SSO;

Responsibilities:
Contribute to a program vision while advising and articulating program/project strategies on enabling technologies, including the Force.com Platform;
Provide guidance on application and integration development best practices, platform architecture standards, functional and technical solution architecture and design, environment management, testing, and Force.com Platform education;
Review/Create application and technical design documents that leverage Salesforce best practices and effectively integrate Salesforce into the infrastructure;
Review and correct project/program direction, approach, and key artifacts to keep projects on track and solutions extendable and maintainable;
Identify and proactively manage potential risks;
Perform tasks related to the development and optimization of business processes via technology and integration;
Submit required documentation and deliverables for review and approval by the Department’s Contract Manager.
