14112 - Automation R&D Engineer Manager for Energy sector (onsite)– Juno Beach, FL

Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: remote option for a good candidate
Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
• Experience in a related role (5+ years);
• Experience as a Subject matter expert (SME) of innovation in assigned subject areas;
• Experience writing and maintaining production level code in Python, R, SQL, etc;
• Experience designing, prototyping, and testing solutions to energy-related scientific and mathematical problems;
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or related field from an ABET accredited program
Preferred:
• Experience with APIs following industry best practices;
• Experience with Cloud & DevOps;
• Experience with LLM integration, RAG, and prompt engineering;
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, or similar);
• Experience with code repositories like Github;
• Experience with PowerApps/Power Automate;
• Experience with VBA;
• Experience with a background in detailed analysis of complex systems involving large datasets;
• Doctoral or a Master’s Degree
Responsibilities:
• Design, prototype, and test solutions to energy-related scientific and mathematical problems;
• Support and foster innovative technologies to deliver new ideas that enable business transformation;
• Communicate technical concepts to stakeholders and provide data-driven recommendations;
• Maintain familiarity with industry and company progress and problems in assigned technical areas;
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned;
• Design, prototype, and test solutions to energy-related scientific and mathematical problems;
• Support and foster innovative technologies to deliver new ideas that enable business transformation
